冷再生機(jī)出租為保證路床厚度范圍內(nèi)的CBR值和壓實(shí)度達(dá)到規(guī)范要求，全線路床上部36cm厚采用6%水泥土處理。針對(duì)低填淺挖路基，當(dāng)路基填方高度或挖方深度≤155cm時(shí)，路床下部44cm厚換填4%的水泥土處理，路床上部36cm厚換填6%水泥土處理。

人員、機(jī)械設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)施工方案組合工期要求進(jìn)行合理的配置。路堤填筑區(qū)為一個(gè)完整的作業(yè)區(qū)，每個(gè)作業(yè)區(qū)人員配置：施工隊(duì)長(zhǎng)1名，領(lǐng)工員2名，指揮卸土位置人員2名，測(cè)量及試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)人員4～6人，其他機(jī)械工、普工20～30人。

根據(jù)施工需要，每個(gè)作業(yè)面配備反鏟挖掘機(jī)一臺(tái)、宣化-140推土機(jī)一臺(tái)、YZ-22振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)兩臺(tái)、天工-160平地機(jī)一臺(tái)，徐工-230灰土拌和機(jī)，自卸運(yùn)輸車6輛，撒水車一臺(tái)備用。當(dāng)運(yùn)距較遠(yuǎn)時(shí)，自卸車的數(shù)量可適當(dāng)增加。
